Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from TAVELYRO.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our Contact page within the 14-day period.

After notifying us, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal request.

Return Conditions

You may inspect the product as you normally would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Where possible, please return the product with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other items included with your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns made because you changed your mind, the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. Where applicable, TAVELYRO will arrange an appropriate solution without requiring you to bear the return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.

Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details and, where appropriate, photos or other information showing the issue.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exceptions

Certain products may not qualify for the 14-day right of withdrawal where an exception applies under applicable law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been opened, personalised goods, or other legally exempt products.

Any applicable exception will be made clear where required.
